CARS offers a unique, indoors, highly secured automobile storage facility that is temperature-controlled with proper ventilation and fire protection.
This facility is specifically designed for the car enthusiast to safely store your investment and provide a place to gather with fellow car enthusiasts, exchange stories and develop new friendships.
The facility is 30,000 square feet enclosed, weather-tight, highly secured, and single purpose. We only store vehicles. Whether it's a classic, antique, race or specialty car or truck, we store it. The facility is heated and air cooled with an air-conditioned office and meeting room.

All rates are based on annual contracts with a 200.00 refundable deposit, plus applicable city and state tax. Monthly leases are available at special rates. Dealers and clubs welcome.
Payments may be made by Credit Card ONLY. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Cards. Payments are to be made quarterly. Monthly billing may be requested.

CARS is open 7 am to 10 pm, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Additional hours of access are available upon request. (By appointment only for non-members.)
All vehicles must be insured and proof of ownership must be provided.
CARS is a fully insured facility, but your vehicle is not insured by CARS.
Automobiles are the only items to be stored in this facility. One space, one car. Several size spaces are available for single, double, triple or more users. No gas cans, oil, chemicals, or other flammable materials are to be stored. Members will keep minimum gas in their automobile's tank. Light mechanical work is permitted on vehicles. All vehicles are recommended to be locked, windows and tops up, and dry when brought into the facility. Floor protection trays under cars are required. Car covers are optional but encouraged. Power is available at each space so trickle chargers may be used.
